my story and art
Born and raised in Wichita, KS, I have been doing art ever since my elementary art teacher chose to invest her time in teaching me and taking me under her wing. Ever since, I have been pursuing art and looking to expand my knowledge and skill. I graduated from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, with a Fine Art degree and am looking to pursue her Master's Degree.
Art is my way of interpreting the world around me. During good and bad times, it is my avenue for processing and experiencing all that life throws at us. I find joy in being able to share my lens through my work. I hope my art can provide an expansive experience for those who choose to view my work.

Inspiration Thief 2021 Exhibition
The people and experiences I have had in my life over the past year have been so inspiring. I am so grateful to be able to pull from all these inspiring moments and create a world of stolen inspiration. I want to steal moments of freedom, joy, and artistic release. I want to steal the moments and curate a world of hope and passion through my work. I want to push myself and others to look at how much inspiration you can find in the world around you. You are not required to rely solely on yourself. You can be an ispiration thief. Observe the moments and search for what inspires you and steal that moment, make it your own, and share it with the rest of the world. Because we all need to be inspired and we are all capable of inspiring.
